Join us for this first time collaboration between the Humboldt

Harmonaires and the Scotia Band!

It has now been fifty years since The Music Man

premiered as a Broadway musical. The show was set

closer to 100 years ago. It's story actually took

place in 1912 in a small town in Iowa.

For this show we'll take you back to that era,

with music from various composers and songs ranging

from 1892 to 1912. We'll offer an intermission with

complementary refreshments from the Music Man era, and

of course we'll also feature some music from the

musical itself.

Tickets are $12, $10 for students and seniors,

available at Fortuna Music Mart on Main Street in

Fortuna and from members of the Scotia Band and the

Humboldt Harmonaires. Tickets will also be available

at the door so join us as we step back a century in

time for the Music Man Era Concert!
